ohm — open house, measured

ohm is an open-house sign-in and measurement tool by sum28, a california real-estate technology company. a thirty-second sign-in becomes a seller's report — attendance, interest, follow-through — so the open house is finally accountable to the person it is held for. sign-in is consent-first, in five languages.

what is ohm?

an open house produces work, foot traffic, and — usually — no record. the seller who paid for the afternoon receives an anecdote. ohm replaces the paper sign-in sheet with a thirty-second digital sign-in, then turns the afternoon into a measured, completed fact: a report the agent can hand to the seller.

visitors sign in without creating an account, in english, spanish, chinese, korean, or vietnamese.

what does the seller receive?

a seller's report measuring the open house:

like every sum28 instrument, the report is a completed fact you can hand to someone — measured, not asserted.

how does ohm handle visitor privacy?

consent-first, by construction:

details are in the privacy policy.

how much does ohm cost?

ohm is free for licensed agents. hosting an open house with ohm costs the agent nothing — the sign-in, the measurement, and the seller's report are all included.

when does ohm launch?

ohm launches publicly in july 2026 at ohm.sum28.com. agents can sign in there today.
